Shedding Habits

#BlogSpringFever has us talking about shedding habits. I know of a few I’d like to shed but let me start with one in particular.

I’d like to give up the sugar again. Is sugar-intake a habit? I believe so and in fact, I think it is a drug addiction. No joke, I really do believe that. Sugar feeds sugar and makes you want more sugar. At least that has been my experience.

If I could kick the sugar habit again, I’d be so happy! Not just the sugar habit but anything made with white flour too.

IT IS SO HARD!

I have a sweet tooth from hell and I can’t stay away from the damned Cinnamon Toast Crunch no matter how hard I will myself to do so. I am a big fat failure!

But that’s it, that’s today’s #BlogSpringFever topic. What habit would you like to shed?
